Russian Open Spaces v5.5

This mod adds more cities to Russian map, these are: Alakurtti, Arzamas 16, Arkhangelsk, Velikovisochnoe, Upper Nude, Vologda, Vorkuta, Vuktyl, Vytegra, Gubkinsky, Izhma, Inta, Kargopol, Kem, Kirov, Carpet, Kondopoga, Kotala, Kotlas, Krasny Bogatyr, Labytnangi, Louhi, Love, Peace , Muravlenko, Murmansk, Nadym, Naryan-Mar, Nizhny Novgorod, Novaya Ladoga, Novomoskovsk, Novy Urengoy, Lakeside, Okunev Nos Onega, Oshta, Plesetsk, Imeni Morozova, Salekhard, Severodvinsk, Severomorsk Severomorsk-3, Segezha, Soviet, Stepanovo, Surgut, Syktyvkar, Tikhvin, Tobolsk, Tosno, Ukolok, Ust-Usa, Ust-Tsilma, Ukhta, Uholovo, Khanty-Mansiysk, Kharyaga, Kholmogory, Khorey Vere, Cherepovets, Shlisselburg, Yugorsk.

V4.0 changes:

• Fixes all errors associated with the transition to the new patch 1.28
• Adds police car to traffic.
• You can find a column of buses in traffic.
• Fixes several bugs.

Update 5.0:

• Fixed all bugs related to the transition to the new version of the game.
