The mod changes the behavior of traffic by adjust the traffic density through periods. In details, the author has divided the day into many periods, tush Hour between 7-9 and 16-18, normal density the rest of the day, reduced traffic between 22-0 and night traffic with bigger density for trucks.
Note: You can customize the density by changing the number like in the screenshot down below.
