Lautus HD Graphics mod v5.2.1 (v1.24.x)

This Lautus HD Graphics mod has done following things for better graphic:

• Reworked many asphalt texture and now when it rains, the asphalt dark
• Removed a lot of excess with fashion
• Slightly modified lighting
